For the 2001 to 2008 seasons there is one zip file, which you can download and which contains an Excel spreadsheet for each competition in the format yymmddg.xls (Year,Month,Date,Grade). If you don't have WINZIP on your PC you can download this from the WINZIP website. Download WINZIP (In fact you might not even need to do that. depending on your Operating System you may well be able to just click on the link and be taken to a list of the spreadhseets). For anyone not attached to Sussex Springers, bear in mind that you will often find a worksheet with just the Springers competitors results on it, but all the results are also there on the main worksheets. For 2009 the FIG A and B, NAT C and South East Regional Grade D-I Competitions are all in uncompressed Excel format so you can view or download individual competitions. There is also a zip file with all the competitions in it, should you prefer that.
